Removing the "Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.5.22 (stable)" from the admin headline.

Hello Guys,
Please tell me, how can i remove or change the "Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.5.22 (stable)" headline from the admin panel, and i would like to remove some menu item or disable.
